At Aura Nails & Spa, your satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to deliver high-quality services and products, but we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please read our refund policy below:
1. Services

All services are non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us at the time of your appointment or within 24 hours. We may offer a complimentary fix or adjustment at the discretion of management. -
Complimentary corrections must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service. After this time, regular charges may apply.

Damage caused after you leave the salon

No-shows or late arrivals that result in shortened or forfeited services

Unopened retail products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Gift cards

3. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
