Refund Policy

At Aura Nails & Spa, your satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to deliver high-quality services and products, but we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please read our refund policy below:

1. Services

  • All services are non-refundable.
    If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us at the time of your appointment or within 24 hours. We may offer a complimentary fix or adjustment at the discretion of management.

  • Complimentary corrections must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service. After this time, regular charges may apply.

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Damage caused after you leave the salon

    • No-shows or late arrivals that result in shortened or forfeited services

2. Products

  • Unopened retail products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

    • Opened or used products

    • Clearance or final sale items

    • Gift cards

3. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
